In the hystoric area of Rome, between Spanish
steps and Trevi fountain, an intimate and cosy restaurant. The
mediterranean trendy cousine is characterized by daily fresh fish
and by so much first season fruits.
We make homemade bread,pasta and dessert,pasta and dessert, using
ancient recipes, traditional ingredients and imaginative innovations.
In our wine cellar we proudly display the best labels of wine and a
rich spirits list......and for the most exigent;spiny lobster,
lobster, and crabs; scampi and oysters menù; mosaic of rawfish and
caviar; accurate selection of appreciated meats.
The kitchen team is managed by our chef Fabio Mancuso, member of the
Italian Chef National Team.
